The island of Amorgos, with its wonderful light and the beautiful expanse of Aegean Sea, provides the ideal environment to be in touch with our inner radiance and to connect with our true nature.
We walk the path of the heart, nourished by the light, sea and our practice together.
At dawn, our day begins with pranayama, meditation, chanting, ayurvedic and shamanic practices that intensify and refine our energy.
Sequences and elements from traditional hatha yoga, anusara, embodied flow, free movement, as well as shamanic and somatic practices, dharma, and mindfulness practice merge in the dynamic morning sessions that help us move our bodies and minds to healthy patterns and create a state of clarity and self-discovery.
In the evening sessions we will deepen the respective themes and regenerate our body and mind, giving ourselves the space and time to immerse ourselves deeply into listening to what matters most in our lives.
Mindfulness, humor and playfulness are our allies, to facilitate states of openness, connection, bliss and loving friendship with ourselves and all beings.
Teaching language will be English & German.
