Liberate the Body and Stretch the Mind: Meditation & Yoga

This 2-day, non-residential retreat combines the traditional practices of Buddhist mindfulness meditation and yoga to help us embody the amazement of being alive and human. Periods of meditation will alternate with yoga, allowing the techniques to support each other and create a sense of mind-body connection, vitality and well-being. The retreat will feature an exploration of Buddhist and Yogic philosophy, as well as plenty of poetry and good humor. There will also be ample time for discussion, as well as attention to individual challenges. The retreat is appropriate for both experienced and new students of either mindfulness meditation or yoga. 

Young Adults (18-26) and Seniors (65+ with limited income) are invited to attend this 2-Day Non-Residential Retreat for $90.
