Yoga and Dharma, two complementary schools, are used to bring the body to ease and rest, to train the mind and to open the heart. The goal is to heal our connection to the body and the earth, to connect with our soul and align ourselves with our authentic purpose.
Yoga based on Anusara Yoga is a scientific yoga system that is fun and beneficial to the body. The art of mindfulness is based on Buddhist psychology, as taught by Jack Kornfield. Participants practice mindfulness through exercise, meditation and breathing exercises and, through access to their own wisdom and compassion, they learn the art of awakening.
