Yoga with Katchie Ananda is based on the guiding principles of Anusara Yoga, a scientific and elegant yoga system that is exceptionally effective and yet very gentle on the body.
It is the "Dharma for the body," as Katchie often laughingly says. She also teaches Vipassana Meditation (Mindfulness & Compassion), which is based on the basics of Buddhist psychology after Jack Kornfield. These two complementary methods free and relax the body, calming and exercising our minds and opening the heart.
The goal is to find our authentic voice and support our healing by finding wisdom and compassion in ourselves. With movement and breathing exercises, we go on a mindfulness journey and hear first-hand how these teachings affect and touch people around the world.
